SOTERIOS PAVLIDES, MBA

Managing Director

Soterios has extensive work experience within the EU Framework Ecosystem. His past work experience involved an array of multifaceted industries covering Project Management, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Financial Audit, Compliance, Reporting and Industrial Research. He has worked in the Public Sector of Cyprus, the European Commission and Deloitte. He is the lead Ideator and the Financial/Legal Coordinator of ADELVE's EU Funded Projects. He holds a B.A in International Studies & Business, a B.S in Management Information Sciences (MIS) and an M.B.A.

DR. STELIOS TSANGARIDES

Director - Head of Research - Natural Sciences

Dr. Stelios is adding value through his research and implementation skills in critical, numerical and statistical analysis. His technical skills expand on an array of innovative integration tools that empower collaboration between stakeholders. He provides specialized consulting on issues of Astrophysics and Space. He holds a Phd in Astrophysics with numerous publications.

IRENE PHOTIOU, PHD CAND.

Head of Research - Social Sciences

Irene boasts about a decade of extensive research in Social and Cultural topics in Media. Her extensive studies in qualitative and quantitative research methodology ensures a professional and knowledgeable approach in the analysis and development of industry-specific projects. She has been employed in the Private Educational Sector; she holds a B.A in Journalism, an M.A in Communication and is concluding her PhD on Media.

CONSTANTINOS TSANGARIDES

Construction & Development

Constantinos is an experienced professional in the construction industry. His experience in the manipulation of  raw materials adds value to the developmental phases TRL 3 & 4 of Industrial Concept projects. He is also a Certified Financial Technician and has the technical knowhow on the manipulation of data regarding Financial Behavior. He holds a B.A in Fine Arts & a CFT from the Society of Technical Analysts.
